I know, it’s daring to request a positive attitude, especially when we are observing and even directly suffering from unfortunate circumstances. Though you may not subscribe to either perspective, expecting things to turn out well plays an important role in your leadership and success. Pronoia is the belief that “the world” is manipulating circumstances around you for your benefit. Admittedly, I’d never heard of its opposite: pronoia. I’m sure you’re familiar with the term paranoia: the belief that “the world” is out to get you. Multipliers, expectations, and persistence empower their leadership and positive attitude. Pronoid people are likable, capable and confident.
